All services provided by The Pretty ProDesk are professional, time-based, and digital services. Once work has commenced, time and resources are allocated specifically to your project.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Discovery calls, strategy sessions, and consultations are non-refundable once completed.
